About the Speaker:
Lorena Leonard is the founder of Gritty Girl, a blog to galvanize women and girls to build grit and resilience; and founder of Candela Agency, a Latinx marketing consultancy. Born in Columbia, Lorena is an award-winning marketing and creative director with a career spanning 20 years. She is a graduate of Emerson College and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She first performed her Suitcase Stories at a live performance in Nashua, NH in 2019.
